Repairs Policy

We offer a 6-month complimentary repair service to cover normal wear and tear. To help keep your jewellery looking its best, we do recommend following our Care Guide and giving your pieces a little extra love.

If you need a repair, simply email us at emmaraedesigns@hotmail.com with a brief description and photos of the item. We’ll take it from there and guide you through the next steps.

Please keep in mind that all shipping costs associated with repairs are the buyer’s responsibility.
