Returns and Refunds

We offer a 14-day return window, meaning you have up to 14 days from receiving your item to request a return. Please note that returns are only accepted for faulty items.

To qualify, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unworn, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

To begin a return, contact us at emmaraedesigns@hotmail.com for return instructions, including the correct return address. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide a shipping label along with clear details on how to send your item back.

Items returned without prior approval won’t be accepted, so please make sure to get in touch first.
